Programme Director, Daudi Nturibi,
holder of B.Ed. M.Ed. degrees and certificates in Programme
Management and Communications. He has expertise in Project Planning,
Management, Development and Evaluation; Training and Consulting
in IEC, Interpersonal Communication, Non-formal Education and
Counseling.
His experiences include 30 years in project administration,
leadership and training consultancy at the Institute of Adult
Education, (University of Nairobi); as the Coordinator, Regional
Communications Project, UNICEF; IEC Specialist and Deputy Director
JSI/Family Planning Private Sector Programme. He has also worked
as an IEC Consultant in the Africa region as well as written
a series of papers and project development and training manuals.
He has overall oversight of the project on policy, planning,
management public relations and reports to the FPPS (K) Board
of Directors and the National Council for Population and development.

Programme Advisor, Dr. Eric Krystall,
is a holder of a Ph.D in Demography and Social Organization
and has expertise in Project Management, Population and Communication.
His experience includes over 30 years in positions which include
Director, UN/FAO Programme for Better Family Living, JSI/Family
Planning Private Sector Programme, and worked as a population
consultant to international organizations in the African region.
He backstops the project with technical advise on design implementation
strategies, public relations, advocacy, and coordination with
donors and local programs.
IEC Specialist, Muriithi Kinyua, has a B.A. (Media) and M.A.
(Education) qualifications with expertise in project planning,
implementation, management and evaluation, Youth Reproductive
Health training in IEC and social marketing.
He has 20 years experience as a trainer in design and production
of IEC materials, editing newsletters, journals and training
manuals; project management, monitoring and evaluation; training;
programme support, communication, mobilization and motivation
of community workers; project development and social marketing
of community health; IEC materials development and production.
He has been an IEC Consultant to a number of local and international
agencies.

Project Finance and Accounting Officer, Isaiah
Olale Onyango,
a holder of Certificate Public Account (CPA); one year as Internal
Audit Consultant with catholic NGO St. Benedict Parish. 2 years
Audit assistant attached to various Community based Organization
CBOs), NGOs and Private Sector organizations.
Responsible for financial management/administration of the project,
focuses on financial aspects of the project and providing financial
reports.
His role is to establish project finance and management mechanisms
to ensure that effective and sound controls are adhered to;
develop tools for both external and internal audit and provide
cost-recovery. He is in-charge of overall financial planning
and budgeting for the project as well as creating formats for
financial reporting and monitoring finances and expenditures.
He prepares for periodic audits.

Deputy Director/Clinic Management and Training Specialist, Nester
W. Theuri,
is a holder of KRN/M DAN FP KEPI qualifications. She has wide
expertise in training in integrated Reproductive Health for
service providers, CBD outreach, clinic management and facilitative
supervision.
Her experience includes nursing services/administration as a
nursing sister in the public health sector for 13 years where
she worked in general, surgical, pediatric, family planning
and midwifery services. She worked as a Clinic Management Specialist
in JSI/FPPS for eleven years; She has done consultancy with
Intrah Regional office and Family Care International.
She is in charge of clinic management and training functions.
Focuses on project, identification and design of assistance,
and provides conduct basic and refresher training, workshops
for services providers supervises trainers and consultants
As Training Specialist she reviews training curricula monitors
basic and refresher clinical training; select participants;
and conducts ongoing assessments of project training needs.

Phylemon Odhiambo Okoth
is a community education specialist skilled in communication,
IEC development and training. He holds Higher National Diploma
in Project Planning and Management and Diploma in Community
Development. He had worked for 10 years with the Community Health
Awareness Puppetry Programme involved in training of community
development leaders, puppeteers, folk media specialists, performing
artists, youth advocates and facilitators in extension techniques.
He also work with Kenya Institute of Puppet Theatre (KIPT) in
puppet design, construction and sale. He has vast experience
